Riverside Luxe

I was tasked with creating a duplex residence for “Baby Boomer”clients in a high rise building located in Chicago, Illinois. The space needed to include room for entertaining guests as well as a Master suite with a spa like bathroom. For this space, the view of the waterfront was a key feature, as well as a staircase that didn’t obstruct.
